Duane Cilke - Life Leadership InstituteDuane Cilke has served in a variety of non-profit settings including public and private education, church, and mission organizations. He is an educator-coach who has focused on empowering high-capacity leaders to realize their God-given redemptive potential.

He earned his BA degree in Education (English/ Social Studies) from Evangel University; an MS in Education (Guidance and Counseling) from Western Illinois University; and has 44 hours from Midwest Baptist Theological Seminary.

He is a certified life coach and spiritual director and has been trained to present the DISC (Carlson) and Opposite Strengths Personality assessments/ seminars.

Duane is married to Marilyn and they have two adult children (Ron and Cathie). The Cilkes also have three grandchildren who are the joy of their life and Duane and Marilyn reside in Kansas City, Missouri.

Duane has been an educator, counselor, principal, executive pastor, mentor and coach. Many appreciate Duane’s wisdom from his teaching and coaching insights, subtle humor, and his relentless passion to see people grow in grace and the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Duane draws from his extensive experience and training to offer leaders effective coaching, training, and consulting through his Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Spiritual Directing, and Financial Counseling.

Life coaching is the art and practice of guiding a person from where he is to greater competence and fulfillment that he desires.

Spiritual formation coaching helps an individual learn what God is doing, listen to what God is saying, understand the character God wants to form in us, and commit to taking the action steps to walk in obedience to God’s will.

Financial counseling is the process of coaching and training individuals to be good stewards, establish spending plans, live within their means, develop generosity and gratefulness, and be debt free.

Executive coaching is the process of coaching, training and consulting high-capacity leaders personally and professionally to realize their God-given redemptive potential, finish well, and make their ultimate contribution.
